Refunds:

Refunds will not be permitted after services have been rendered.

(Please see below for satisfaction guarantee)

Cancellations:

We understand things happen. If something comes up and you’re unable to keep your appointment please contact us with at least a 24 hour notice. All cancellations without a 24 hour notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. 

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We strive for 100% but we are human too. If something is missed or you aren’t happy with your services please reach out to us and let us know within 72 hours and we will return to fix the issue. 

Deposits: 

All services require a $50 deposit to be paid prior to being placed on our schedule. This deposit goes towards your entire service cost and is not an additional fee. Deposits for appointments are non-refundable, but we do our best to reschedule as quick as possible if client(s) are unable to keep service appointment.
